How do I determine my correct boot size?
Durango boots generally run true to size, but we recommend checking our specific size guide for Western styles, as some pointed-toe designs may require a half-size larger for optimal comfort.
What is your return policy for worn boots?
We offer a 30-day return window for all boots in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Once boots have been worn outdoors or show signs of sole wear, they are no longer eligible for return.
Are Durango boots waterproof?
While many of our leather boots are naturally water-resistant, only specific models labeled as 'Waterproof' feature a seam-sealed construction and internal membrane to keep feet completely dry.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
How should I care for my leather Western boots?
To extend the life of your boots, we recommend cleaning them with a damp cloth, applying a leather conditioner every 3-6 months, and avoiding direct heat sources when drying wet leather.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
