Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked and secure transit.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original Durango box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to protect the branded packaging.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
